Yeen's Famous Garlic Bread

You probably noticed that we eat a lot of garlic bread with our pasta and other dishes. That's because Yeen makes the most incredible garlic bread I have ever had the pleasure to eat. When I try to make it, using the same ingredients, it never turns out the same, but hopefully you'll have more luck!

Ingredients:

- 1 loaf of bread, our favorite is Costco French Bread or a fresh baguette

- Parsley for garnish

For the Garlic Butter

- 1 Stick of butter

- 1 heaping tablespoon of minced Garlic

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F

2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Microwave the butter for 30 seconds, stopping every 15 seconds to stir. Microwave it enough until about half the mixture is melted. Then stir the ingredients and butter together completely.

3. Cut the loaf of bread lengthwise, providing more surface area for the garlic butter.

4. Using a basting brush, brush all of the butter, evenly on the bread. There should be a decent amount of butter on the bread, if you are using a large bread loaf, you may need to make more butter.

5. Put your buttered bread on a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Bake the bread for 15 minutes.

6. Take the bread out and sprinkle the parsley over the bread. Put the bread back in the oven and cook for 5 more minutes.

7. Remove the bread from the oven, cut into desired piece sizes, and serve immediately.
