Yeen love pasta with clams and I've never understood the appeal, but this recipe made me a believer. Delicious!
Ingredients:
-4 tbsp unsalted butter
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
-4 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
-1 lb frech clams
-1 cup white wine
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and parsley. Cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Add clams and wine. Cover with a lid and cook until the shells open, 10-15 minutes. Discard any unopened shells.
3. Combine spaghetti with the clam sauce and toss until the pasta is coated. Add more crush red pepper flakes, salt and pepper if need.
4. Serve with parmesan.
