My life was changed when I learned how to make this Shrimp Scampi. It's so easy, I can't believe I paid for it before this. Try it and you'll be obsessed!
Ingredients:
-4 tbsp butter
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
-2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
-2 lbs shrimp, deveined and cleaned
-1 cup white wine
-Salt and and pepper to taste
-Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium high heat. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley. Saute until fragrant.
2. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Pour in the wine into the skillet, turn the heat down to medium and cover. Let cook until the shrimp is pink.
3. Combine Shrimp Scampi with Fettuccine and salt and pepper. Serve with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
