Ingredients:
-1 Ib strawberries, washed
-2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
-2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Wash strawberries well and dry them off with a clean rag. Strawberries must be completely dried.
3. Put chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring in between intervals. Keep microwaving until all the chocolate chips are completely melted and smoothed.
4. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate and cover them completely in chocolate and place the strawberries on the parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate the strawberries until the chocolate has hardened.
